Shipping

We aim to ship all orders received Monday – Friday, by 3pm, the same day. All our orders, are shipped via Royal Mail.

Returns

If you need to return unwanted items to us, please email us within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Our email address is, info@diamondlengths.co.uk. Returns and exchanges can only be accepted on new and unused items. You must not remove any ties on hair extensions, as this will void your return for hygiene reasons. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in a suitable condition for resale.

Faulty Goods

If you feel your item(s) have quality issues, then you must contact us by emailing info@diamondlengths.co.uk, within 30 days of you receiving them. We offer a 30-day warranty period. If your return is accepted, then you have 7 days to return the complete set of hair extensions back to us.
